Job Title: Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Specialist (UiPath)

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with UiPath and Zoho CRM, with a proven track record of developing, implementing, and maintaining RPA solutions that improve business efficiency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

RPA Development: Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions primarily using UiPath. This includes identifying opportunities for automation, designing workflows, and developing RPA bots.

UiPath and Zoho CRM Integration: Develop and maintain robust integrations between UiPath and Zoho CRM. Use APIs and other methods to ensure seamless data flow and effective process automation.

Process Analysis and Optimization: Work closely with various stakeholders to understand their processes, identify automation opportunities, and optimize these processes for RPA implementation.

Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve existing RPA bots, ensuring they continue to function as intended and adapt to new process requirements or changes in the integrated systems.

Documentation and Training: Document RPA processes, develop best practices, and provide training to end-users on managing RPA bots and understanding the automated processes.

Qualifications:

Extensive experience working with RPA tools, specifically UiPath.
Proven experience integrating UiPath with Zoho CRM.
Experience in a similar role developing, implementing, and maintaining RPA solutions.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong knowledge of programming, database systems, and system integrations.
