Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as an Appointment Setter. As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for generating and scheduling qualified leads into new patient consults for our Orthodontic office. Responsibilities:
– Conduct outbound calls to prospective leads with the goal of scheduling appointments for our clinic.
– Utilize a compelling and persuasive communication style to engage prospects, build rapport, and effectively convey the value of our products/services.
– Act as a brand ambassador, representing our company in a professional and positive manner during all interactions with clients.
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, appointments, and follow-ups in our CRM system, Lead Sigma.
– Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies, messaging, and approaches to maximize appointment-setting success.
– Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for setting qualified appointments.
– Continuously stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to effectively position our products/services during calls.
– Provide feedback to the marketing and sales teams regarding lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
– Contribute to ongoing process improvements by sharing best practices and innovative ideas.
Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
– Proven experience in a sales or appointment-setting role, preferably in a B2c environment.
– Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade prospects.
– Highly motivated and target-driven, with a strong desire to succeed and achieve sales goals.
– Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
– Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
– Proficient computer skills and experience with CRM software.
– Resilience and ability to handle objections and rejections in a positive and professional manner.
– Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work well under pressure.
– Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
