You will be on the phone the majority of the time with this position talking to and calling back Sellers.
Previous successful phone experience A MUST!
Looking for someone to run and follow up on my day to day real estate LEADS.
Responsibilities include:
1.
Updating CRM leads (REIControl experience preferred!)
2.
Cold Calling leads, Cold Calling leads, and more cold calling leads
3.
Researching Properties and pulling comps
4.
Talking to sellers and making ballpark offers (you better be able to handle rejection and sellers getting upset as this is a constant)
5.
Having a daily Skype call with team to go over your work
6. Anything else that I may think of
Experience is a plus but being hard working and RELIABLE employee is preferred. Pay is hourly for work plus opportunity for weekly BONUS plus TEAM BONUS based on quarterly numbers of the company!
Must have reliable computer with internet connections (No excuses will be tolerated for missing work!), be able to work U.S.A hours, and be positive, outgoing, and flexible. Positive attitudes only also! We need a KAMPEON and we strive to get better each and every day to be our best! If you are not committed to getting better, you will not be a good fit.
