**Role Overview:**

As our Virtual Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in our team’s local and international growth. **Part-time Position:**
– Approximately 3 hours per day, 5 days a week (with potential for growth)

**Key Responsibilities:**

– **Data Management:** Precise input and handling of crucial data.
– **Marketing Maven:** Spearhead and enhance our listing marketing strategies across various digital platforms, including social media and Google PPC.
– **Research and Lead Generation:** Conduct comprehensive online research and develop innovative lead generation and marketing campaigns.

– **Performance Tracking:** Monitor, analyze, and report on team performance and productivity metrics.
– **Multitasking Pro:** Efficiently balance daily tasks with special project management.
– **Future Growth:** Take the lead in project and people management, including recruitment and training of additional VAs.

**Qualifications:**

– 3+ years of proven success as a virtual assistant, preferably with international exposure.
– College degree preferred.
– Exceptional communication skills – both written and spoken.
– Proficiency in Trello (or similar), Google Suite, and a quick learner of new real estate-specific software.
– Independent work ethic combined with effective team collaboration.

**Remuneration:**

– Competitive starting salary of US $4.00 per hour for the first 30 days, with potential for increase based on performance.
