Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proficient Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As the Sales Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in engaging with potential customers, handling sales calls, and facilitating consultative-type sales discussions. You will also oversee the entire customer onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our clients. If you have a strong command of English and are passionate about delivering top-notch service, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with potential customers via scheduled sales calls.
Perform consultative-style sales, recommending service offerings that align with the client’s needs and preferences.
Efficiently book services and manage payment collection processes.
Oversee and facilitate the entire onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition.
Build and nurture client relationships to foster trust and loyalty.
Provide prompt and professional responses to calls, emails, and text messages.
Maintain updated and accurate client profiles.
Independently problem-solve and provide effective solutions, especially when faced with challenges.
Support the Management Team with various administrative and operational tasks.
Job Requirements:
Availability to work full-time (40 hours) within the hours of 7:00 am – 6:00 pm MST. (Sundays are a plus)
Strong aptitude for learning and using multiple software tools.
Must own a personal laptop that is regularly updated and reliable.
Possess an upbeat, empathetic, and customer-focused attitude.
Exceptional attention to detail and impeccable verbal and written communication skills.
Our Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience in sales roles.
Familiarity with the vacation rental, property management, or residential cleaning industry.
Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
Demonstrated ability to independently problem-solve.
