Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Scheduling Administrator to join our dynamic team. As the Scheduling Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities. You will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating cleaning teams, and delivering top-notch customer support. If you are tech-savvy, highly organized, and customer-focused, we want you to be a part of our team.

Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming text messages from both existing and potential clients.
Provide expert recommendations on service offerings that best meet the client’s needs.
Schedule and book cleaning services efficiently.
Collect payments from clients.
Assist in onboarding new clients, and building lasting relationships.
Respond to calls, emails, and text messages promptly and professionally.
Coordinate and assign cleaning schedules for our dedicated teams.
Support cleaning teams by addressing client-related inquiries.
Keep client profiles updated and accurate.
Proactively address and resolve field issues.
Dispatch vendors and field support as needed.
Collaborate with the Management Team on administrative and operational tasks.

Job Requirements:
Availability to work full-time (40 hours) within the hours of 7:00 am – 6:00 pm MST. (Sundays are a plus)
Proficiency in using various software tools and a strong tech-savvy aptitude.
Must own a personal laptop that is regularly updated and reliable.
Possess an upbeat, empathetic, and customer-focused attitude.
Exceptional organizational skills and an acute attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Our Ideal Candidate:
Previous customer service or scheduling experience.
Familiarity with the vacation rental, property management, or residential cleaning industry.
Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
Strong problem-solving skills, capable of working independently.
