Cold Caller (Lead Generator)
Property Buyers Nationwide are looking for motivated Cold Callers/ Lead Generators, who are enthusiastic and ready to grow and make money, to join and build with our Lead Generation team. Property Buyers Nationwide is a Real Estate Investment firm, specializing in the use of marketing and sales solutions to acquire and sell investment properties across the South East region of the United States and growing. Our Virtual Assistant Cold Callers work in a non-corporate, fast-paced sales environment as part of our cold calling team. Our virtual assistant cold callers interact with a variety of sellers in acquiring their property for our investors.
We need enthusiastic cold callers for this position. Someone who will go above and beyond to generate leads on a daily! Someone who is eager to learn and grow with the company.
* A real estate license will not be needed to be a cold caller/Lead Generator*
* This position does have a base payout monthly with added commissions base on performance*
Position Roles And Responsibilities:
1. Calling and building rapport with distressed sellers over the phone, overcome objections, and setting appointments when able (Leads).
2. Great listening skills are needed to take DETAILED notes on properties.
4. Generate Leads DAILY!
7. Meeting monthly and quarterly lead generation goals.
8. Following the company’s proven Sales Process.
9. Being a team player understanding that EVERYONE WINS.
Requirements:
– Sales experience preferred (1-5+ yrs) – will train the right person
– Competitive nature – former athletes are great fits
-You must have a quiet working environment
-This is a work from home position.
– You must be able to work consistently without supervision or interruption
– You must be able to work full-time
– Must be able to time-manage and prioritize tasks
-Candidate must be coachable
* A real estate license is NOT required to work as a Cold Caller*.
Base Salary: $435 per month plus commission which is based on your performance and every lead that we close that you generated which can be well over $1480 plus or more per month for top performers.

Because there are hundreds of potential applicants for a position like this we have set up a 3 Step Interview Process to allow the cream of the crop to rise to the top. Part of our selection process will be finding someone that will step out of their comfort zone and will go the extra mile.
