Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Amazon FBA Brand Customer Service Support Specialist to join our team. As a Customer Service Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will be the frontline representative of Modvel, providing exceptional support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
Resolve customer complaints, issues, and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
Manage and monitor customer reviews and feedback on our Amazon listings.
Handle returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies.
Provide product information and support to customers to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategies for improving customer service.
Monitor and report on customer service metrics and KPIs.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within an Amazon FBA brand.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism.
Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and other e-commerce platforms.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Proficient in using customer service software and tools.
A positive attitude and a passion for helping customers.
