JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced Amazon virtual assistant to join our team and help us with product research, inventory management, and product launching. As a virtual assistant, you will be responsible for supporting our business operations by performing various administrative and operational tasks related to Amazon.

YOUR KEY TASKS WILL INCLUDE:
Conducting product research to identify profitable products on Amazon
Creating and managing Amazon listings for new and existing products
Optimizing product listings for maximum visibility and sales
Managing inventory levels and ensuring that products are always in stock
Handling customer inquiries and managing customer reviews and feedback
Analyzing sales data and creating reports to identify trends and opportunities for growth
Launching new products and managing product launches from start to finish
Keeping up-to-date with Amazon policies and guidelines
SKILLS/TASKS REQUIRED:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Amazon virtual assistant
Excellent knowledge of Amazon and its policies and guidelines
Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
Knowledge of product research tools such as Helium 10
Experience with Amazon listing creation and optimization
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
Detail-oriented and highly organized
UPON HIRING:
There will be a 90-day trial period (paid) for both parties. I want both sides to feel it is a good fit. If both parties feel it is a good fit, you will be offered a full-time, long-term job with benefits, time-off, and be eligible for a bonus. This position will provide you access to different kinds of training related to the job.
COMPENSATION/PERKS/BENEFITS
Monthly payment via Wise.
Once you are full-time, you will be given 14 days of paid vacation per year, paid sick days, and a 13th-month bonus (paid in December), etc…
