Position: Cold Calling and Appointment Setter
Location: Remote
Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients using provided scripts and materials.
Engage potential clients in a professional and persuasive manner to generate interest in our products/services.
Qualify leads and identify potential opportunities for sales.
Set appointments with interested prospects for further follow-up by our sales team.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions and appointments scheduled.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for cold calls made, appointments set, and sales generated.
Continuously update knowledge of products/services, industry trends, and competitors.

Requirements:
Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales roles.
Excellent communication skills with a confident and persuasive phone presence.
Strong ability to build rapport and engage with potential clients.
Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Exceptional organizational and follow-up skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software or similar tools to track and manage leads.
Familiarity with solar panel system or willingness to learn quickly.
Availability to work 12 hours per day.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

Compensation:
Range of $500 to $1200 per month, based on experience and performance.
Commission structure based on appointments set and sales generated.
Potential to earn a substantial income based on individual performance.
