We are looking to hire THE BEST OF THE BEST — appointment setters who are highly motivated, reliable, and currently seeking career growth opportunities.
Earn bonuses on top of your basic pay.
Your main responsibilities will be to convert cold leads into warm leads and set appointments or perform live transfers for a Medicare agent. You will be speaking with seniors in the US, ages 64 and older. The ideal prospect is someone who already has Medicare Supplement Insurance.

Job Title: Appointment Setter
Location: Home-based
Job Type: Part-time
Shifts: 9am to 1pm PST or 1:30pm to 5:30pm PST
Compensation: Hourly rate of $5.00 + quarterly bonuses based on performance + $20 for every lead you generate that becomes a client.

SKILLS YOU MUST HAVE:
1. EXCELLENT English-speaking skills.
2. Ability to think FAST & overcome customer objections.

REQUIREMENTS YOU MUST MEET:
1. Minimum 1-year experience in outbound lead generation, telemarketing, or appointment setting.
2. At least some basic knowledge about the US Medicare system — i.e., The different parts of Medicare / Medicare Advantage VS Medicare supplements.
3. Ability to use the “WhatsApp” application.
3. Quiet home-office environment – no background noise in your working area.
4. Technical requirements:
– Desktop computer or laptop with a minimum of Core i5 processor and a Windows 10 OS.
– Noise-cancelling USB plug-in headset.
– Cabled internet connection with the following minimum requirements:
Download speed: 15 mbps
Upload speed: 5 mbps
Ping: less than 15 ms
