Our international client provides freight solutions for small to medium sized businesses in Australia and we are seeking a dynamic, dedicated Telemarketer / Appointment Setter to join the team.
This role is instrumental in setting qualified appointments for the sales team through outbound cold calling campaigns, influencing existing or potential customers to utilise the client’s freight services plus conducting database lead generation via online search engine and social media research.
The ideal candidate is proactive, persistent and ambitious with a results-oriented mindset and extremely confident on the phone. You are friendly and persuasive with a cool temperament, while demonstrating the ability to understand customer requirements and manage objections effectively.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound cold calling campaigns to qualify prospect suitability and identify if they fit the target market profile
• Setting qualified appointments for the sales team
• Gather relevant prospect qualification information while assessing their interest and updating details in CRM system or tracking sheet
• Collaborate with the sales team on database lead quality and appointment objectives
• Maintain database and proactively follow up prospects to assist sales team in converting opportunities into sales
• Conduct outbound cold calling campaigns to inactive/dormant clients
• Generate leads through proactive online search engine and social media research.
• Continuously update cold calling techniques, embracing feedback and adapting strategies for improved results
Requirements:
• At least 3 years Appointment setting, Cold calling Telemarketing or Telesales roles
• Have clear, perfect spoken English
• Demonstrate strong persuasion and objection handling skills to captivate prospects and drive engagement
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage prospects and build rapport over the phone and via email where required
• Ability to work autonomously with limited supervision or direction
• Familiar with CRM systems and practices
• Excellent time management to maximise productivity
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google products suite
• Strong multi-tasking skills
• Data entry skills
• Freight and logistics experience is an advantage but not essential.

Wage: AUD$870 pmth to AUD$1,050 pmth / PHP 33,000 to PHP 40,000 pmth
