We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Bilingual Customer Service Agent, fluent in both English and Spanish. This virtual assistant role involves a variety of tasks crucial to our expanding online presence. If you’re adept at handling phone calls and providing exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you.

This position will begin as a part-time role, approximately 20 hours per week. Successful completion of tasks in line with our company standards may lead to a full-time position, with opportunities for professional growth.

Responsibilities:

Reception: Answering incoming phone calls and addressing customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
Intake: Managing customer information and data entry with accuracy and efficiency.
Document Management: Organizing and maintaining electronic documents and records.

Requirements:
Attention to detail
Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
Able to check files of the previous shift for any missing documents or actions
Previous experience in customer service roles, with a strong emphasis on phone-based interactions.
Familiarity with virtual assistant duties and responsibilities is preferred.
Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and tasks.
Availability to work during 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM PST business hours.
Available to work on Sundays.
