Affidian has an opening for a RockStar Business Development Virtual Assistant.
We are seeking fun yet diligent, responsible, and self-motivated employees to join our Multi-media Marketing, Publishing, and Education company.

RESPONSIBILITIES: We are seeking a setter. Your responsibility will include but not limited to approaching potential clients that are a good fit for our company and to first vet [make sure they are interested in our offer] and then book them on a one-on-one call with the CEO or sales team.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Must master the English language in speaking, writing, and reading.
2. Must be clear when speaking in English.
3. Must have great communication skills: friendly, personable, upbeat and fun.
4. Experience as a Setter is optional but must be willing to learn.
5. Must have a fun and cheery disposition and can easily interact with others.
6. Must enjoy talking and interacting with people on the phone.
7. Must enjoy this position, getting to know us and contributing with your own ideas.
8. Must be a problem solver and open to share ideas and suggestions.
9. Must be a team player.

IMPORTANT DETAILS:
1. I am looking for someone interested in being a part of a growing team for the long haul. Think in terms of three to five+-year plans.
2. Must have an open mind and knowledge about the holistic and metaphysical industry.
3. Should be coachable and ready to learn new tools and skills.
4. Must be ready to play and have fun.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Reaching out to warm leads. [Initially]
2. Vetting their interest in our products and services.
3. Booking appointments to speak with the Sales Team.
4. Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to find ideal prospects.
2. Follow up with internal leads through emails
3. Schedule leads to attend strategy sessions and webinars.
4. Customer Service Support.
5. 20 hours a week.
