Job Description

We are looking to hire an experienced Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to call US based Companies (primarily in the NJ and NY markets), find the decision maker, get them on the phone, and setup an in person meeting with a loan specialist. The main product and service we are selling to Small Businesses are loans and lines of credit.

**You must have experience cold calling and setting appointments, fluent English, and any experience with this type of sales in lending to small businesses is a plus.**

This is a part time role, where you will be required to work 20 hours per week, which will be tracked. Ideal working and calling hours would be 12 PM EST – 4 PM EST, but you can have some flexibility between 9 AM EST – 5 PM EST. All calls should be made in those working hours

For the most part, all of your leads and prospects will be loaded into our software Justcall and we use Sales Dialer which lets you autodial dozens of prospects at the same time. The software will automatically leave voicemails and also will text the phone numbers. You will be required to respond to text messages via Justcall Software.

We try to target the decision makers who are usually the owners. We have information about the business and lead prospect from various databases. When you call you will ask for the person, or the decision maker and try to get them on the phone. If they are not there, you will try to get their email address, and also a time where you can call back to reach them. Then you must schedule a time to call them back and follow up.

When you get the decision maker on the phone, we will give you a sales script , which you can adjust, but you really are not selling anything. Your sole job is to convince the decision maker to take an in person meeting with a loan officer. When they agree, you find the right time and date, then you relay the information to the loan officer.

You will update your sales leads and conversations in our CRM and/or Google Sheets.

**Your job and quota will be to get 10+ qualified meetings per week.** You will need to follow up with booked appointments to remind the prospect about the upcoming meeting via phone call and text message. If you are meeting quotas, you will be entitled to work more hours.

**You will also get an appointment setter commission for every qualified appointment that does not cancel.**

**In terms of lead generation**

– We will provide thousands of leads through our databases
– You may be required to clean the leads through our email cleaning software
– If you need updated information about a lead such as email, you will use our databases or search google to find the information you need.
– You will also find the prospect or lead on social media channels such as Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, etc if needed.
