ROCKSTAR Cold Caller – Real Estate Specialist

As a ROCKSTAR Remote Cold Caller – Real Estate Specialist, your primary role will be to identify and engage motivated sellers interested in listing their properties with us. You will leverage your cold calling expertise, along with tools like Vulcan 7, Mojo Dialer, and other real estate-related CRMs, to generate leads and set appointments. Your efforts will directly contribute to showcasing our clients’ properties on our daily radio and TV show, offering them unparalleled exposure and marketing opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound cold calls to homeowners interested in selling their properties.
Identify and qualify motivated sellers by understanding their needs and motivations.
Utilize Vulcan 7, Mojo Dialer, and other real estate-related CRMs and dialers effectively.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, calls, and appointments.
Collaborate with our team to schedule appointments and follow up on leads.
Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
Provide detailed call reports and feedback to management.
Stay informed about real estate market trends and industry developments.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate cold calling, specifically for sale by owners, expired listings, and circle prospecting.
Proficiency in Vulcan 7, Mojo Dialer, and other real estate-related CRMs and dialers.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
Ability to work independently and remotely.
Excellent problem-solving and time management abilities.
A passion for real estate and helping sellers achieve their goals.
