Hi there!

I’m Melanie Grey, the owner and creative director at Fourth Street Creative. We’re a passionate team dedicated to helping realtors build rockstar personal brands and dominate their marketing. But hey, creating magic takes a village (or at least a killer team)! That’s why we’re searching for a superstar Creative Assistant to join our crew and support ME with all the creative projects I have on my plate each week.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

* Cutting short-form content for platforms like TikTok and Reels, as well as crafting engaging videos for YouTube and our educational membership.
* Dusting off your Photoshop skills and helping us edit existing mockups to perfection.
* We’ll bring the established project aesthetics, and you’ll be the mastermind behind creating even more awesome assets to match that style in Canva

The creative assistant we’re looking for has the following:

• Communication skills: You can understand our creative vision and offer suggestions to make it even better.
• A positive attitude: You bring the sunshine and are excited by the work we do
• You’re not afraid to share your thoughts and help us find creative solutions.
• The ability to manage your time like a champ: You can work remotely, manage your 4-hour daily schedule (Monday-Friday), and deliver completed work each day.
