Key Responsibilities:

Qualifying Prospects: Efficiently manage leads from Facebook ads and groups, transferring calls to our closers.
Credit Analysis: Review credit reports, identify inaccuracies, and implement strategies to improve credit scores.
Dispute Resolution: Prepare and submit dispute letters to challenge inaccuracies.
Credit Improvement: Develop tailored plans and provide debt management advice.
Client Communication: Ensure clear updates, compliance with laws, and exceptional customer guidance.
Record Keeping: Organize and secure client interactions and disputes.
Research: Stay updated on credit laws and best practices.
Requirements:

Proven Experience: Comprehensive knowledge of credit laws.
Communication Skills: Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
Analytical Skills: Strong attention to detail.
Software Proficiency: Familiarity with credit repair software and ethical practices.
