Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at Golf Cart Geeks. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive excellent service and support, resolving their queries, and driving customer satisfaction. This is a remote position for an offshore employee, and our business operates on Shopify.

Responsibilities:
– Provide exceptional customer service to our customers through email, chat, and phone communication channels
– Respond to customer queries regarding orders, product information, returns, refunds, and other concerns in a timely and efficient manner
– Communicate with customers to provide product recommendations, troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to enhance their golf cart experience
– Coordinate with our fulfillment team to ensure accurate order processing and delivery
– Keep up-to-date with our product offerings, industry trends, and competitors to provide accurate and informed information to our customers
– Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell our products to customers
– Collaborate with our marketing and sales team to improve customer experience and drive growth
– Use Shopify and other relevant tools to manage and process orders and customer data
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
– Should be able to multitask with taking calls and answering emails.
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
– Proven experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce or automotive industry
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
– Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
– Proficient in using Shopify and other relevant customer service tools
– Knowledge of golf carts and their components is a plus
– Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
– Reliable internet connection and access to necessary communication technology
Requirements:
– Must have a strong internet connection to work efficiently.
– Must have back up internet incase there is a loss of power
– Must be able to work US hours.
– Must have a backup computer in case the main one is un-usable.
– MUST have a quite place to work.
