As a Customer Success Specialist at Tailored Canvases, you’ll be part of an all-Filipino CS team working towards one goal – Ensuring Customer Happiness.
It’s up to us to educate customers on the value of having personalized wall art and work to ensure that their individual goals with Tailored Canvases are met!
You are empowered to manage customer experience, relationships, and satisfaction across the different touchpoints of our customers’ journey.

This role may focus on some or all the accountabilities below:

Key Responsibilities:
– Identify and Take care of Customers’ needs from Inbound/Outbound Calls/Chats/Email
– Answer Issue-specific Tickets via Email/Messaging Platform
– Customer Data Integrity Management, enforcing company’s policy, Ensuring compliance
– Building strong relationships and creating customers for life
– Understand customer’s issues and drive resolution and improvements
– Critical to the success of this role is to demonstrate strong Customer Language Proficiency, Empathy, and experience in managing Customer Success.

You:
– have a Very good English Proficiency
– have Strong Communication and Influencing skills for customer conversion
– have the Demonstrated ability and commitment to building Customer Success
– are Knowledegable of Customer-Centric Approaches
– have Great Attention to detail when dealing with Data Management and a high focus on Compliance
– have a Scrappy mentality — able to wear many hats and are willing to get our hands dirty
– are Not afraid to address challenging issues directly, with compassion
– are Adaptable nature and the willingness & ability to shift strategies on a dime to meet the end goal.
– are able to spot new opportunities for sales leads
