JOB OVERVIEW
Main Responsibilities:
– Processing and managing orders
– Communicating with customers & suppliers
– Solving problems with orders
– Communication with other businesses/ leads
You’ll be responsible for making sure customers receive what they ordered, on time, and help solve any problems along the way.
Here are some examples of the types of things you’ll coordinate with customers & suppliers, via phone, email, & chat:
– Placing orders with suppliers
– Order status changes/delays
– Customer post-purchase follow up
– Returns, warranty issues, chargebacks
– Back orders
– Call & email customer to notify
– If they can’t wait, offer alternative products
– Damaged items
– Cold call businesses and close clients (commission based)

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
– Honest
– Reliable
– Fluent in English, near native speaker
– Type 50 WPM
Preferred:
– Shopify experience
– Cold calling experience
ADDITIONAL DETAILS
*REQUIRED – Internet: Fast, stable connection
Work Environment: Be able to answer the phone quickly at any time during business hours. No loud background noise – no coffee shops, children, dogs, etc.
WORKING HOURS
Full time position (40 hours/week): Working hours are Monday – Friday, 9AM – 5PM US Pacific time.
