We need you to handle customer service, order processing, shipping, etc – essentially, the day
to day operations of the company. You will play a huge role in things moving forward. We will grow & hire more, so you have the potential to become a team lead, or even a
manager one day.

JOB OVERVIEW

Main Responsibilities:

– Processing & managing orders
– Communicating with clients & suppliers
– Solving order problems
– You’ll be responsible for making sure customers receive what they ordered, on time, & help solve any problems along the way.

Examples of the types of things you’ll coordinate with customers via phone, email, & chat:

– Placing orders with suppliers
– Order status changes/delays
– Customer post-purchase follow up
– Returns, warranty issues, chargebacks
– Damaged items
– Backorders
– Call & email customer to notify
– If they can’t wait, offer alternative products

PAY

Starting pay will be based on your ability & experience, ranging from $1K-$1.5K per month & beyond, for this full-time role. If you believe you have more to offer, tell us what you’d like & why you’re able to deliver more value.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

– Honest
– Reliable
– Fluent in English, near native speaker
– Type 50 WPM
– Shopify & CRM experience is a bonus

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

*REQUIRED*
– Internet: Fast, stable connection
– Work Environment: Be able to answer the phone quickly at any time during business hours. No
loud background noise – no coffee shops, children, dogs, etc.

WORKING HOURS

Full-time (40 hours/week): Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM US Eastern time.
