JOB OVERVIEW

Main Responsibilities:
– Communicating with customers & suppliers (Phone & Emails)
– Creating quotes for customer projects (Technical)
– Processing and managing orders

You’ll be responsible for creating accurate quotations and making sure customers receive what they ordered, on time, and help solve any problems along the way.

Here are some examples of the types of things you’ll coordinate with customers & suppliers, via phone, email, & chat:
– Receiving quotation requests from customers
– Understanding the project requirements and create accurate quotations
– Placing orders with suppliers
– Order status changes/delays
– Customer post-purchase follow up
– Returns, warranty issues, chargebacks
– Back orders
– Call & email customers

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

– Fluent in English, near native speaker

Preferred:
– Trade or technical background
– Shopify or Woocommerce experience
– Email Marketing experience
– SEO Blog writing experience

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

Work Environment: Be able to answer the phone quickly at any time during business hours. No loud background noise – no coffee shops, children, dogs, etc.

WORKING HOURS
***************************
Initially Part-Time Hours (20 hours/week) Then over 3 weeks transition to Full-Time (40 hours/week): Working hours are Monday – Friday, 9AM – 5PM GMT+8 Perth or Brisbane Time
