Our company is looking to hire a rockstar employee for a full-time VA position to help us grow our Amazon and ecommerce businesses. Essential attributes for this position are:
* Highly intelligent and fast learner
* Self-motivated and independent (not needing constant feedback or management to perform tasks)
* Can follow directions when provided
* Can figure out how to do things even if clear instructions are not provided
* Proficient in using the computer, searching on Google
* Excellent written and oral English communication skills
The following experience is required:
* Must have previous experience in providing exceptional customer service
* Must have experience with spreadsheets (e.g. Excel and/or Google Sheets)
The following experience will be a big plus (but not required): Experience with ChatGPT, e-commerce (Amazon or Shopify), branding, SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, or previous management experience. There is room for future growth in the company if any of these interest areas appeal to you.

Challenge #1
1. Create a new Gmail account that includes the number 1010. Example “”
2. Create a Google spreadsheet for that account.
3. Add 3 columns: Keyword, Search Term, Impressions
4. Make the header row fixed – so even if you scroll down it remains visible.
5. Go to Amazon and search for “ankle weights”. Amazon will provide you with suggestions in the drop down menu.
6. Write the word “ankle weights” in the Keyword column. Add all the suggestions to the Search Term column – a new row for each one.
7. Use /amazon-keyword-tool to find out the search volume for each search term on Amazon US.
Write the volume for each one in the Impressions column.
8. Share the spreadsheet with
9. Then also send an email at with the subject “Challenge #1 Complete” and in the body of the email mention your full name and the link to the spreadsheet. You should send the email from the Gmail account you just created
10. You will receive a reply within 24h. If you succeed you will receive the next challenge.
If you fail you will receive an email saying “Sorry, thanks for trying.”. If you receive that email it means you are out.
