Job Description

I am a real estate agent seeking an executive assistant that wants to build a long-lasting business relationship. My executive assistant must be highly proactive, detail oriented, with the ability to clearly follow instructions, and learn quickly. I need someone who goes above and beyond, and brings their own ideas to the table to improve business systems. Training will be provided, and you’ll be working directly with me, the CEO. As our business grows, you will have the opportunity to manage your own team of VAs to handle administrative tasks.

JOB DETAILS

– This is a Full-Time, Long-Term Position (you cannot have another employer)
– Typical work hours are Monday through Friday, 8am-4pm US Central Standard Time. Having flexibility with your work schedule in order to accomplish work objectives is a must.
– Real estate experience is a huge plus but not required

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Calendar management
– Email inbox management
– Complete various administrative projects
– Research and find freelancers for one-off tasks that come up
– Communicate with clients and vendors via email, phone, text
– Help establish rock-solid processes and standard operating procedures
– Conduct real estate related research and compile data to prepare reports and
documents for review
– Social media management

REQUIREMENTS

– College degree
– Written and spoken English needs to be a 10 out of 10
– Computer or laptop with access to the internet (min speed of 25 Mbps)
– 2 years experience as Executive Assistant
