Rockstar Executive VA (sales support, social media & general)

Executive VA for Australian based CEO.

Important: You must have a minimum of 2+ years experience as a VA and are super organised and a rockstar at multi-tasking

Full-time working Australian based hours 9am – 5pm

Overall goal for hiring VA:

–> Increased productivity that leads to more sales and less stress for me.

Tasks (these are the initial task and more will be added):

Executive VA to CEO (business & personal)
Lead research and CRM data input
Booking calls and overall calendar management
Proposal creation and outbound communication management (sending, follow-ups, next steps)
Sales task support
Sales pipeline management
Lead scraping & data enrichment
Business copywriting: development of templates for emails and proposals.
Overall CRM management
Coordinating content creation for social media
Social media account management (creating & managing)
Team member coordination.

IMPORTANT: Please read below before applying!! (Failure will result in your application not being considered)

You must have significant experience with the following:

Social media account management & content creation (FB & IG)
Linkedin Sales Navigator
CRM Software (can be any, but working with one is a must)
Project management software (like trello, asana etc)
Canva & Basic graphic design

You MUST also have the following (which you will need to prove in the interview process):

Excellent written ENGLISH: You will be creating copy for emails and other client facing materials
Access to reliable & fast internet. Appropriate PC requirements for such a role.
You need to be driven to hit KPIs and be willing and well versed to learn anything.

Full-time (40+ hours/week)
Work Australian based (brisbane) hours 9am – 5pm
Monthly salary: Php 25,000+ (depending on experience)
