Our administrative VA will work mainly on back-office tasks, ensuring our business runs smoothly. Some duties on the personal side may be required as well.
Your daily responsibilities would include but will not be limited to:
1. Send a daily report through email detailing completed
and ongoing tasks
2. Organized & categorized business expenses and file government tax reports
3. Prepare and send employees’ salary wages and payments to suppliers
4. Schedule, book, and confirm travel and accommodations.
5. Make phone calls to book appointments or solve issues, monitor voicemail messages, and organize calendar
To qualify for the position, you will need at least one year of experience in the following.
1. Bookkeeping
2. Calendar management
3. Project Management
We work in a fast-paced industry. So it’s imperative that our VA would be:
– A fast learner
– Self-Starter
– Pays close attention to detail
In addition to having excellent French & English skills, you’ll need to use the applications listed below. You don’t need to be an expert in all of them, but you need to be at least familiar with most of them.
– Bookkeeping software like QuickBooks Online and Dext
– Gmail and Google Calendar
– Google Docs
– Google Sheets
– Google Slides
– Google Calendar
– Communication apps like Slack
– Project management software (JIRA, Confluence)
– Time management (everHour)
We’re seeking someone who can grow with us and rise from the ranks. If you have the following skills, this can help you:

This full-time position is Mondays to Fridays, 1 pm to 6 pm EST. The other 3 hours are flexible. You’ll qualify for three vacation and three sick leaves after the six-month probation period. We honor most Filipino holidays except for All Saints and All Souls Day.
30 000PHP/month for full-time work (40 hours a week)
Once you complete your six-month probation, you will get the following:
– 13th month
If accepted, you will be trained in using Dext to help us keep track of receipts and expenses.
You’ll be working with the founder/owner. As our business grows, you will have the opportunity to manage your team of VAs to handle administrative and bookkeeping tasks.
