Agency 906 is a dynamic and fast-growing creative agency specializing in short and long-form video production, graphic design, paid advertising, photography, and video editing. Our team is passionate about creating impactful and meaningful content that resonates with audiences. We’re currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Virtual Assistant to streamline our operational activities.

**Job Description:**

The Virtual Assistant will play a pivotal role in managing our projects, ensuring smooth workflows, and delivering excellent client services. They will be responsible for invoicing, managing project deadlines, keeping the team on track, and capturing client requests.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. Manage all administrative and operational tasks, including invoicing, scheduling, and organizing project data.
2. Coordinate project timelines and ensure team members meet their deadlines.
3. Act as a liaison between clients and our team, fielding requests, and ensuring these are accurately added to our project management tools.
4. Assist in the preparation of regular reports and summaries of ongoing projects.
5. Work closely with the team to identify and implement process improvements for increased efficiency.

**Requirements:**

1. Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role.
2. Proficient in using project management tools and familiar with Trello boards.
3. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
4. Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. High degree of trustworthiness, integrity, and discretion.

**Nice to have:**

1. Familiarity with the creative industry, including video production, graphic design, and advertising.
2. Experience working in a remote team.
