Many organizations struggle to keep their industrial equipment running reliably, and most don’t know how or where to start improvements. Examples of those practices include proactive planning and scheduling, effective MRO storerooms, and developing reliability-centered maintenance strategies.
Our growing small team manages multiple social media groups and company pages, websites, digital and printed media, and other properties needing your graphics skills. We are looking for a part-time (20 hours/ week) individual who wants to be part of a long-term, mutually beneficial, and collaborative team relationship.

About the Role
We seek a creative Graphic Designer to join our team and create engaging content for our digital and print media. The job is initially part-time at 20 hours per week, with the possibility of full-time at a later date based on your proven abilities.
The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and organizational skills and the ability to create high-quality materials quickly and accurately. The candidate must also be knowledgeable about current trends in the marketing and social media industries.
The ideal candidate should have excellent design skills, an eye for detail, and a creative approach to content creation. They should also have experience with Adobe Creative Suite and be able to create content in various formats.

Here is a sample of the work tasks required while working with the team:
• Attend a required Monday AM (eastern time zone) to set the weekly direction.
• Produce engaging and effective designs with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Creating visual elements such as layouts and illustrations for newsletters, landing pages, the company website, and other marketing materials.
• Update training course presentations and associated workbooks as required
• Develop eBook graphics and layouts.
• Ensure that designs are visually appealing to capture a specific target audience
• Ensure that all designs are in line with the company’s branding guidelines – adjusting color, text, and other elements to ensure consistency across all formats and materials
• Revise design concepts based on feedback
• Check designs for errors before printing or publishing
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Stay up to date on the latest graphic design trends and technologies
Musts
• Have proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
• Be able to interface with the team a minimum of four hours on each workday, ideally matching 8:30 to 12:30 PM Eastern time.
• Excellent knowledge of graphic design software and technologies (such as Adobe Creative Suite)
• Ability to respond promptly to acknowledge requests and provide progress updates during this time frame.
• Able to create content in a variety of formats, including video.
• Have the creative ability to develop original digital content that provokes engagement and compels action.
• Portfolio of past work with a range of design styles
