We are looking for an experienced Insurance Verification and Authorization Specialist who will play a crucial role in ensuring our patients receive the necessary treatments.

Responsibilities:

Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility.
Obtain necessary authorizations and pre-certifications for treatments.
Communicate effectively with insurance companies to resolve issues and ensure claims are processed accurately.
Maintain accurate and organized records of insurance verifications and authorizations.
Assist with answering phones and providing exceptional customer service.
Collaborate with the billing department to ensure accurate billing and claims submission.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in insurance verification and authorization in a physical therapy or healthcare setting is required.
Proficient in using insurance verification software and other relevant tools.
