Job Description

We are looking for a ROCKSTAR customer service agent who has lots of experience with ecommerce & more specifically the dropshipping model. This person should already be familiar with the day to day problems that customers face in the dropshipping business such as long-shipping delays, products being delivered to other locations, etc. This person should include the word match in the beginning of their application so I can filter out who is actually paying attention. It is necessary that this person follows directions and can listen to instructions when told. You will be provided with many templates but you should be able to adapt and be dynamic depending on the specific customers scenario.

This person should also be familiar with setting up some sort of CRM system like ReAmaze, Zendesk, Gorgias, etc. You should be familiar with setting up some sort of customer service number as well in order to take phone calls from customers if needed. You should also be familiar with using AI systems like ChatGPT in order to improve your replies and make them sound more professional.

This position is very lucrative as the right person will be compensated generously if they follow instructions and do not ask too many questions about our business. I will provide you with a general overview of our business model and you should be open to working with us regardless. This position starts at $3/HR but has a lot of room for improvement and growth.

Responsibilities:
Manage and lead a team of customer service agents to ensure excellent service delivery.
Oversee day-to-day customer service operations, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Utilize knowledge of e-commerce and dropshipping to provide expert assistance to customers.
Develop and implement customer service procedures and standards.
Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer satisfaction and resolve escalated issues.
Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service, with a focus on e-commerce and dropshipping.
Proven experience managing and leading a team of customer service agents.
Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and dropshipping processes.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

Requirements:
Proficiency in customer service software and tools.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals.
Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
