As the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our client service management team while also actively contributing to marketing strategy development and implementation. This role requires a dynamic individual who can effectively balance leadership, client communication, and marketing expertise.

What will you be doing:
Marketing Skills
Managing and overseeing marketing automation
Managing and overseeing Social Media Campaigns
Managing and overseeing Organic Ad content
Managing and overseeing Marketing Reports
Managing and overseeing Linkedin Direct Messaging and marketing campaigns
Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and more.
Data Analysis: Utilize data-driven insights to assess campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize strategies accordingly.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and feedback to foster growth and development.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, product, and other teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives and drive success.
Client Training and Support: Provide guidance and support to clients, helping them understand our services, maximize value, and achieve their desired outcomes.
Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a marketing director, with a focus on digital marketing.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
Analytical mindset with a strong ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Experience in customer success or account management is a plus.
Proficiency in marketing automation and analytics tools is preferred.
