ROLE

The Marketing Virtual Assistant role is dedicated to ensuring that our presence and communication outside of the Amazon platform is consistent, on brand, and agreeable with our customer avatar. They are responsible for ensuring that our social media platforms and partnerships with influencers build our brand presence while also leading to additional sales.
In addition, the Marketing VA will maintain a CRM that is built through product inserts, website opt-ins, and other lead magnets utilized on social media. The Marketing VA must be familiar with affiliate marketing on Amazon and create content that can be used across multiple platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Create and utilize brand graphics/images/videos/infographics (Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar)
Maintain an engaged audience on social media platform pages and groups
Plan, create, and post on all relevant social media platforms
Maintain a CRM acquired through product inserts, website opt-ins, and other customer data acquisition methods
Seek and engage Influencers in our niche to help promote our brand
Create contests/collabs/polls, etc. on social media platforms. This includes but not limited to:
UGC contests that allow us to use content created by our audience
Polls for acquiring audience information, product design, new product ideas, etc.
Collaborations between related brands that allow us and them to benefit from each others’ audiences
Setting up chatbot campaigns for website options, product inserts, and any other platform we can acquire a customer on
Develop new ideas and strategies for engaging our customer avatar
Utilize our audiences to help develop new products,
Utilize our audiences to help launch new products
Utilize our audiences to purchase our other products related to what they’ve already purchased
Build and maintain daily/weekly/monthly reporting on audience performance, engagement, and totals
Partner closely with Brand Management Team to help them understand audiences across all social media platforms
Document key learnings and insights around pricing trends, industry standards, changes in social platform policy, for communication to internal stakeholders on a regular basis
Identify trends and insights in our niche, and optimize performance based on the insights
Formulate effective media strategies to accomplish brand specific goals
Track and generate sales through various marketing campaigns that utilize Amazon’s attribution links to track sales data

RESULTS

Our customer avatar finds our content engaging and serving their needs
Our customer avatar enjoys helping our brand develop new product ideas
Our customer avatar is introduced to our other products they may not have seen before
Our customer avatar is given the opportunity to purchase from us again
We are communicating with our customer avatar across multiple channels
We maintain a CRM that provides insight into our customers and we can turn that insight into revenue
Our customer list, subscribers, and followers are always growing
Images created and shared on social are exactly what our customer avatar finds appealing
Social media marketing strategies are planned and coordinated in advance so our other teams can prepare for increased sessions/conversions/sales

REQUIREMENTS

An eye for graphic design
Ability to learn how and to create high quality graphics for use on social media
Excellent proficiency in English (Both spoken and written).
Ability to plan and execute strategies independently that align with the organization’s goals and objectives.
Proficiency in Asana, Canva, Capcut, Excel, Google, Office, Loom.
Bonus Points if you are familiar with Amazon Posts
