Project Manager (PM)
Project Managers are responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of marketing programs, client projects, and providing operational support across initiatives. You should have a strong foundation in project management and enjoy solving problems. You can transform the seemingly undefined and complex into something digestible, clear and systematic.
Responsibilities:
Manage a variety of digital marketing projects including websites, emails, seo, and paid advertising..
Maintain an intimate understanding of the Agency Workflow Process including project initiation and kickoff, collaboration, necessary approvals and reviews, production and archiving.
Prepare or review project documentation, such as functional requirements, to ensure digital submissions are prepared correctly.
Facilitate ongoing, timely and accurate communications to ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.
Assist with providing estimates and timelines.
Assist with billing and ensure billing is completed on schedule.
Partner with a digital team of designers, programmers, account managers and copywriters.
Remote Contractor –
Revisit within 45 days to review progress with opportunity to increase based off workload and performance
Overall Responsibilities:
– Account coordination – Point of contact between clients, project managers, and fulfillment teams.
– Establishes product and service expectations with clients and determine ROI.
– Manage, facilitate, and support client-related matters
– Work directly with clients to discuss and understand their needs and then work with internal team to develop solutions to
retain client and foster long term relationship.
– Analyzing questionnaires and other forms of feedback
– Perform market and client research
– Preparing, formatting, and editing a range of documents
– Facilitates Client issue resolution acting as the liaison to internal providers and/or external vendors, escalating issues
appropriately
– Organizing market research
– Working closely with management to help execute various internal projects as they come up
– Communicate regularly with sales team and management on jeopardy accounts and next steps
– Execute customer objectives with by the proposed deadline
– Reminding the Executive of important tasks and due dates as well as decision to be made
– To assist with any other tasks not directly in need of the CEO

Requirements:
– Must be a self starter
– Customer Service skill set
– Administration or sales and marketing assistant experience
– Good organization skills
– Digital marketing experience
– Strong writing and copy-editing abilities
– A high level of attention to detail
– Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
– Comfortable with multi-tasking in a deadline-driven environment
– Ability to efficiently problem-solve while juggling multiple tasks
– Knowledge of SEO, Google Adwords, websites, and digital marketing as a whole
– An enthusiasm and aptitude for social media, advertising, marketing, and the entire“world of digital”
