Rockstar Sales Representative

The Brandy Jackson Agency is looking for talented and insatiable renewal-focused customer service agents to join our growing Agency and build the best customer experience in the market. You will be a central part of our ambitious renewal team by proactively shopping for personal lines insurance products across dozens of insurers to nd the perfect t for each customer, and retain their business!

What You Will Do:
-Proactively re-shop insurance products for existing customers and drive agency retention – Goal: Retain > 80% of eligible policyholders you work
-Correctly interpret and analyze risks in order to place the customer’s business with the correct carriers according to underwriting guidelines
-Collaborate across teams to deliver the best resolution and the highest levels of customer satisfaction
-Navigate dozens of insurers’ products and agent portals – including Progressive, Homeowners of America, Mission Select, and other top insurers – to efficiently and effectively service clients
-Will service inbound calls, and outbound calls.

Qualified Candidates must have the following:
-Sales experience is required (Preferrable in the insurance industry)
-Personal line insurance knowledge
-Knowledge of AMS360 or Ezlynx – Preferred but training is provided
-Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
-Experience in a Call Center/Sales Service environment: 1 year (Preferred)
-Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal/communications skills, professional voice
-Passionate about continuous process improvement, always actively seeking out practical solutions to challenging business problems
-Willing to work on shifting schedules
-Strong time management
-Adaptability and accountability
-Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

Home Office Requirements:
-Stable internet connection with at least 15-20 Mbps (must provide a screenshot of a speed test)
-Computer (at least 8GB Ram and Intel is an i5 core processor )
-Noise Cancelling Headset
-Backup Internet Connection

Schedule:
Be available 8-5 pm CST, Monday to Friday – Full Time Position (Should not be employed by any other insurance agency)
