We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Specialist to join our team. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Social Media strategy in order to increase the company’s online presence and improve their marketing and sales efforts in different social media platforms.

Responsibilities:
Develop, implement and manage the company’s social media strategy and oversee social media contents at all times
Conduct competitive research, platform determination, messaging, and audience identification
Create consistent and meaningful graphics, videos and contents across all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns.
Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
Engage with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner.
Using analytical tools to monitor and evaluate the company’s social media presence and performance.
Give recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results.
Stay up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media.
Record and analyze social media KPIs and metrics
Use of social media marketing tools
Repurposing training content into social media marketing content

Skills and Qualifications:
Deep understanding about social media strategies specifically for Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok and YouTube.
Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Other Requirements:
Availability to work in Western European Standard Time zone
Someone who has a love for horses, or have experience working with horses is a bonus
