Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Systems Architect to join our team. As a Systems Architect, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing scalable and efficient IT systems for our organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective system designs. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of infrastructure and application architecture.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop enterprise-level IT systems and architectures that align with business goals and objectives
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical solutions
Evaluate existing systems and infrastructure to identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions
Develop architectural blueprints, documentation, and technical specifications for system implementations
Ensure the integration and interoperability of various systems, applications, and components
Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for proposed system designs
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and assess their potential impact on our systems
Provide technical guidance and support to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural principles and best practices
Collaborate with IT teams to define standards, policies, and procedures for system architecture and design
Conduct system performance evaluations and make recommendations for optimizations
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Proven work experience as a Systems Architect or similar role
Strong knowledge of system architecture principles, methodologies, and best practices
Proficiency in designing and implementing scalable and highly available systems
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and hybrid cloud architectures
In-depth understanding of infrastructure components such as servers, networks, storage, and databases
Familiarity with enterprise application integration (EAI) and service-oriented architecture (SOA) concepts
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to propose innovative solutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, TOGAF) are a plus
