Rockstar T-Shirt Graphic Designer

We are looking to hire a Graphic Designer for our online store. In this full-time position, the designer will create simple and visually appealing graphics and text for print on demand products that may include but not be limited to (t-shirts, sweatshirts, mugs, tumblers, ornaments etc.) for our online store.

We will provide some training and videos on creating/editing designs in Canva as well. Initial potential ideas and examples for the designs will also be provided along with keywords.

Our store has had VAs in the past who have been with us for 6 months+, have had consistent work, growth, and we’re looking to expand our team by adding another virtual assistant who can successfully handle all graphics design in-house for us.

WORK SCHEDULE: Full-time position, 40 Hours per week (Monday-Friday). The position will initially be hired on a 6 month probationary period. If the candidate successfully meets the requirements for the role, the position will be extended. Schedule is flexibility provided the work is completed in a timely manner.

You’ll qualify for 3 vacation leaves and 3 sick leaves after the 6 month probation period is successfully completed.

We honor most Filipino holidays except for All Saints and All Souls Day.

SALARY: Pay rate will be between $600-800 per month depending on experience and performance

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your daily responsibilities will include:

– Creating and/or editing designs using Click to view
– Importing these designs on mockups of the specific products i.e. Apparel, Mugs etc.
– Sending a daily report of work done and designs completed.
– Utilizing Google Sheets and Google Docs as needed to provide details of designs created and/or notes.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

A successful candidate in this position should possess:

– Excellent Verbal and written English skills.
– Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to ask specific questions and follow instructions.
– Prior Graphic Design Experience: Please also include a portfolio of your work & designs when applying.
– Detail Oriented.
– Commitment to working full-time (40 hours a week). We will permit some flexibility if the work is completed in a timely manner.
– Coachability: Being open to learning new technology, skills, graphic design software.
– Reliability: Ability to commit to a 40 hour workweek. Your schedule is flexible as long as the required tasks are completed in a timely manner.
– Some Familiarity with Google Docs and Google Sheets.
– Experience and/or familiarity with Canva is a big plus.
– Research Skills: As you grow in this role you will also be trained to do some additional design research using our own software.

WORK SCHEDULE AND HOLIDAYS:

This is a full-time position, Mondays to Fridays, flexible hours.
