Position Overview:
We’re seeking a talented individual who thrives in a virtual setting and has a passion for providing outstanding customer service. As a Virtual Assistant with Customer Service Rep experience, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting our clients and ensuring their satisfaction. From managing administrative tasks to resolving inquiries and issues, you’ll be the friendly voice and reliable resource our clients can depend on. You will be responsible in calling our client’s leads to setup and confirm appointments.
Key Skills and Responsibilities:
Exceptional Communication: Communicate effectively and professionally with clients via phone, email, and chat, demonstrating active listening and empathy.
Customer Relationship Management: Build rapport and trust with customers, understanding their needs and providing personalized assistance to enhance their experience.
Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing documents.
Problem Solving: Proactively identify and address customer concerns or issues, finding creative solutions to exceed expectations.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable using various digital tools and platforms for communication, task management, and customer support.
Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy and completeness in all tasks, from data entry to documentation.
Time Management: Prioritize tasks efficiently and manage workload effectively to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional service.
Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment and embrace change, adjusting quickly to new processes or requirements.
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience as a Virtual Assistant or Customer Service Representative, preferably in a remote or virtual setting.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong customer service orientation with a genuine desire to help others.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
With experience working in health industry is a plus but not required.
