We are successfully running an e-commerce brand and are seeking a rockstar customer success agent who will make our customers fall in love with the brand, ensuring complete customer satisfaction.

Mission of Customer Success Agent

– To win the customer – his trust, doubts and fears, loyalty.
– Be customer obsessed – Always prioritize customer’s satisfaction.
– Proactive towards any tasks related to customers – providing feedback provided by customers, self analysis and evaluation and giving self feedbacks and ideas that can help customers experience. At the same time, giving us ideas on how to better the whole customer journey
– Not to be an AI bot, but a friendly human – that anyone feel comfortable with and win their trust, not a formal info driven answers only.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

– Comfortable in working in multiple shifts throughout the day for 8 hours (Four 2-hour shifts) on weekdays and Two 2-hour shifts on weekends.
– Tech Savvy and willing to spend time researching to come up with solutions before coming to us.
– Smart thinker and attacks the problem head on to minimize the business’ losses.
– Response time (30 min or less during working hours).
– Has experience with ticketing CS platform (optional)
– Aiming to bring the queries/complaints (tickets) count to 0 after every shift.
– Handle customers shipping and order related queries.
– Orders management
– Communicate with our suppliers
– Provide daily/weekly reports to us.
