Looking for an experienced and motivated VA who is excited to be part of a growing business with a female business coach!
This is a dynamic role with a lot of variety and so if you’re someone who learns quickly, loves taking ownership of your work and loves organising things – then read on!
The role:
Approx 15-20 hours a week (rate negotiable for right person )
Content management and some content creation
Content scheduling (socials, emails and Facebook group)
Managing Facebook group (admitting new members and reaching out to them via messenger)
Responding to emails
Client services such checking access, contracts, etc
File management / Dropbox systems
Helping me with organising training videos and uploading them to training areas.
Basic reporting
Systems creations and management.
Liaising with other VAs as required.
Advantages:

Graphic Design
Basic video editing skills
About You:
As a driven and self motivated person you will thrive on learning new skills and taking on more responsibility as it is available. You’re looking for a role that you can grow with (and a role that grows with you. )
You’re friendly, a great communicator and love being part of a team,
You’re available to work NZ or Australian time zones for easier communication, training and support.
You’re reliable and consistent and take great pride in being on time and working to deadlines.
Attention to detail is a must!
You love a good problem to solve and you’re not phased by new tech or occasional glitches (in fact you thrive on solving them!)
Proficient with organising and using Dropbox, and you’re familiar with google suite, click up, canva.
Reliable high speed internet and a computer that can handle the workload of large files.
