A fantastic opportunity has become available for a talented VA with with a real passion for Social Media and Digital Marketing to join our small digital marketing team, remotely from the Philippines.
You’ll be supporting the CEO of our UK based ‘Social Media Marketing Agency’ responsible for helping our client’s businesses get results on social media.
You’ll receive briefs from the CEO to create and schedule social media marketing campaigns for a wide range businesses, as well as being responsible for creating and scheduling all social media posts for the agency itself.
You’ll be competent with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and Linked In. You’ll also be competent at writing Blog Post and Email campaigns using Chat GPT, and creating graphics using Canva.
It would also be helpful (but not essential) if you have any additional skills or experience with PPC, SEO, Wix websites, building landing pages/funnels, creating online courses, YouTube or any other web marketing experience.
You will also be required to carry out VA duties such as online research, data entry and other administrative / VA tasks.
You must be a fluent English speaker and able to create marketing content for a variety of business sectors and industries. The quality of your work must be high quality and accurate. You’ll be highly organised, pay meticulous attention to detail and be able to deliver to strict deadlines.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
• Work alongside the CEO to create original social media content for a variety of business types, and schedule those posts. (we use Metricool for this)
• Creating eye catching graphics, in line with clients brand guidelines, when needed (we use Canva for this)
• Writing blog posts for clients and the agency. (we use Chat GPT for this)
• Writing and sending email newsletters for clients and the agency. (we use Chat GPT for this)
• Assisting the CEO with management of her emails and calendar
• Online Research, compiling leads and data entry.
• Organising Direct Mail campaigns when needed
• Basic video editing to create Reels/Shorts/TikToks and YouTube videos.
• Create and maintain Google Drive files for all creative assets and resources, so everything can be found and accessed easily
• Assist with strategy and ideas for client campaigns.
• Other administrational tasks as required.

You’ll be expected to think outside the box, work autonomously, make decisions and own the results of those decisions.
You’ll be based remotely so you can work from your home but you’ll need a strong and stable internet connection.
The position is initially 20 hours per week but there may be scope for full time hours in the future if required. You can choose your own hours for greater flexibility (we understand there’s a large time difference). However, you will need to be ‘online’ and available between 9am – 11am GMT on your working days.
