We are looking for long-term assistance in a wide variety of tasks and projects for 2 businesses – an online coaching/info-marketing and a physiotherapy private practice.
However, to fill the long-term position, we’re having candidates start with a short-term project or two to gauge fit and skills.
The initial project will focus on crafting text-based summaries or Show Notes of podcast episodes, optimized for search engine rankings targeting specific keywords/phrases. This will likely involve listening to our previous content to identify and extract key segments for new podcast production. For this reason, strong writing skills and fluency in English are essential for this role. While a background in sales copywriting is advantageous, it is not a requirement.
Writing skills will continue to be vital for future tasks, including creating summaries of Q&A sessions from my recent coaching calls with Mastermind students. These summaries will highlight the key topics we covered during the discussions.
Fast internet connection is also a must in order to efficiently deal with uploads/downloads of large files.
Longer-term, this position will involve a very wide variety of tasks and projects aimed at marketing our services and products (content marketing, video editing, email marketing, social media marketing, creating courses in Learndash, updating content in WordPress/Divi, running reports in Infusionsoft/Keap, etc), as well as customer service and fulfillment of incredible customer experiences.

Other Requirements:
– Must be available during some US business hours for collaboration (usually 9am-1pm CENTRAL or 10am-2pm EASTERN)

Being successful in this position will mean:
– Creating/editing written summaries of my videos and podcasts that will become “Shownotes” blog posts and email text.
– Have the ability to identify and extract key topics from our Q&A calls and training videos that would make engaging podcast episodes.
– Enjoys teamwork, possesses the endurance to consistently tackle tedious tasks, and be self-motivated.
– Be able to help manage customer service-related tasks such as managing various Facebook pages and private group enquiries, supporting my clients via email, addressing simple inquiries, and assisting with any customer-related questions.
– Designing graphics for blog posts and social media post descriptions and scheduling.
– Excited to learn and work on all the above to push the business forward
– Familiar with creating and managing Facebook ads is a bonus but not necessary
We will be conducting a written interview with a test task of creating a Shownote for a 4-minute video that we will send when you apply via Google Form. Send us a message with the following instructions: 1) Use this subject line: “DRJC Virtual Assistant with Writing Skills”, 2) in the first line of the email, enter the skill that we duplicated in the list of skills above 3) and lastly, attach a copy of your resume. We won’t be able to send you the written interview if you don’t follow the process mentioned here.
Please only respond if you feel that you have the experience necessary to work with our team and if you’re comfortable with the small task to start with (listed above).
We will create a few test tasks to see if we are a good fit. If you feel confident in this position, please apply. If you have a portfolio of your work, please include that as well.
