– Automotive / car youtube experience is a plus, but not necessary.
Looking for someone who will meet deadlines and will keep us on track with consistent high quality content. You will work directly with Collete and at times, supporting team. Must be able to plan, create and execute on monthly content calendars, present ideas, and create work flow systems for review / feedback loops.
Examples of videography/editing work includes:
– Must be able to edit and turn around high quality long form vlogs with short/cut down reels next day.
– Long form Youtube videos , with cut downs for reels/shorts
– Instagram Reels
– Ads / partner promo bits
During slow content weeks, we want you to take initiative and repurpose old content from YouTube channel to keep audience engaged.
Examples:
– Create exciting Instagram Reels with older content to trending sounds/music
– Create engaging ‘car mod’ reels from old YouTube videos to trending music/sound
– Create “Building a Car in 10 Minutes” type videos ..by going through all old vlogs and compiling into a YouTube montage.
Milestones / Goals:
– Consistently posting 1-2 YouTube videos per week minimum
– 3+ Instagram Reels per week
– Identify and capitalize on viral trends
– Grow to 1M followers on instagram by end of 2024
– Grow to 500,000 on YouTube end of 2024
