ABOUT ME (Laura):
I own and manage a Social Media content production company
I move very fast & expect the people I work with to be the same way
I am very loyal to my team members & treat them with respect
I give bonuses for doing a good job (If I make money you should be rewarded for that)
I own a British (U.K.) Company

ABOUT THE POSITION:
Email and communication management
Handle Admin tasks to make sure we don’t miss things in the company
Handle customer service emails
Work with Laura & Kieran to build systems and Processes
Work 8 hours a day 5 days a week

ABOUT COMPENSATION:
Will pay daily for 1st week, then every week after 1st week
We pay bonuses for great work
We pay 13th Month Bonus
We give pay increases based on performance
Every month you work, you earn 1 personal day, which can be used as sick days or vacation days (12 Days per Year)
These are the paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Independence Day, All Saints Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Eve (7 Days)
