I am the CEO of a Branding Agency and looking for a person who will be available to do following tasks:

1. Add/remove people on Instagram following certain rules
2. Send Instagram DM to potential clients/respond to comments
3. Create social media graphics with Canva
4. Fill a sheet with KPI metrics
5. Repurpose content on other social media platforms
6. Onboard new projects/clients
7. Keep email communication with existing clients and internal team
8. Be available on Slack and WhatsApp to take tasks and do them fast

Do you have experience with all of this?

Amazing, here are a couple of things you need to do:

Interview process:

1. I review your application
2. We will have a video call (please have a camera on, make sure you are in a place without too much external noise). I will look at your attention to detail, your internet, work conditions, and your communication skills
3. I will contact your references
3. If you pass a video call interview and references I will give you a paid trial assignment
when you will work with me for 1 week.
