Rockstar Virtual Assistant Full Time

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated candidate with the following qualifications:

At least a year of experience in a VA or similar role
Prior experience in creating PPT ( PowerPoint )
Skills in English and ability to convey a thought in good quality English
Experience in creating a content calendar
Skillset to take a training video and come up with meaningful strategy and implementation ideas from it.
With prior experience or ideas in online marketing/Social media, content creation is a plus!

Provide guidance and direction when needed

Ability to delegate tasks effectively and manage team member’s workloads
Demonstrate empathy and understanding towards team members

Create a shared vision and goals for the team, and align individual team members’ objectives to them.

In addition to these qualifications, the ideal candidate will also possess the following skills and attributes:

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on conveying complex ideas clearly and effectively

Proficiency in Google Docs, with a particular emphasis on creating high-quality PowerPoint presentations

Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello and Asana, with a demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively to ensure the timely completion of projects

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality work and maintaining a high level of accuracy

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, adapting to changes in priorities and procedures as needed

Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills, with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.

Requirements:

Must have a PC or laptop with Windows 10, 8 gig RAM or higher, and a reliable high-speed internet connection

Must be available to work full-time for 8 hours a day and 40 hours a week

We offer a competitive salary starting from 25000 to 30000 pesos monthly, based on your experience and qualifications.
