About Us: With a decade of successful real estate flipping under our belt, we’re now shifting gears to leverage our experience and expertise into an exciting online coaching start-up. We’re seeking a rockstar virtual assistant to not just join our journey, but be a pivotal part of it.

Responsibilities:

Digital Media Management: Create, edit, and manage content across various social media platforms including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and Google My Business. Regular interaction and engagement with our online community is crucial.

Customer Engagement: Offer high-quality customer service, ensuring timely and effective responses via email, chat, and phone. Management of an ongoing email campaign will be a key part of this role.

Video Documentation: Capture our evolving business processes through daily Loom videos. This will serve as a training guide for current and future team members and be neatly organized in Google Drive.

Project Coordination: As we grow, you’ll oversee the outsourcing of projects to other team members or external resources, maintaining our high standard of service and quality.

Event Coordination: Assist in planning and managing events, trips, and mastermind sessions as we expand our offerings.

Product Management: Coordinate the creation, listing, and marketing of various products such as books and courses. Your first major project will involve preparing our book for Amazon listing, followed by two more journals.

Content Development: Contribute to content creation, including potential assistance with book writing.

Requirements:
Excellent communication skills with a customer-first approach.

Proficient in social media management, video editing, and content creation.

Experience with email marketing campaigns.

Proven project management abilities and the capacity to handle multiple tasks.

Familiarity with Loom, Google Drive, and integrated communication tools.

Resourceful and proactive, with a knack for identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency.

Experience with event planning and product management is a plus.

Fluent in English.
