You will be working for an individual who owns a real estate investment business and works as a life insurance broker. We are seeking a dedicated Rockstar Virtual Executive Assistant to support daily operations. Our ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive individual who can help streamline processes and keep projects on track.

Position Overview:

As a Rockstar Virtual Executive Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of both the real estate and life insurance businesses. You will be responsible for managing calendars, handling email correspondence, coordinating with various stakeholders, conducting research, and preparing daily reports. This role requires a highly organized individual who is tech-savvy, proactive, and an excellent communicator.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

Manage and organize the executive’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and reminders.
Filter and respond to routine email inquiries, organize the inbox, and manage correspondence.
Maintain and organize both digital and physical documents.

Project Management:

Track progress on real estate deals and insurance sales processes.
Coordinate with contractors, clients, investors, other team members, and job candidates.
Set and remind the executive of deadlines for various projects.
Post job ads to hire contractors for the real estate business and insurance agents for the insurance brokerage.
Research and Data Collection:

Conduct market research for real estate investments.
Client and Contact Management:

Track client interactions and follow-ups.
Update CRM systems with relevant information.
Send out client communications and newsletters.
Set appointments with clients and be comfortable making phone calls.
Daily Planning and Reporting:

Prepare a beginning-of-day plan of action.
Prepare an end-of-day report summarizing tasks completed and progress made.
