Key Responsibilities:

– Clear Inboxes Daily: Ensure all communication channels are managed efficiently and no messages are left unanswered.
– Manage Action Plans: Move contacts through designated action plans, ensuring timely and appropriate follow-ups.
– Respond to Incoming Leads: Promptly address inquiries from potential clients, providing the information and support they need.
– Database Outreach: Regularly reach out to our existing database to maintain and strengthen relationships.
– Clear Smart Lists: Keep our smart lists up-to-date, ensuring all contacts are correctly categorized and managed.
– Book Consultations: Schedule consultations with potential clients, ensuring they are well-prepared and informed.
– Ensure Touchpoints Happen: Make sure all scheduled touchpoints with clients and leads are completed, fostering ongoing engagement and support.

Qualifications:
– Experience in Relationship Development: Proven track record of managing and nurturing client relationships.
– Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect with people on a deep level.
– Organized and Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and pay attention to details.
– Persistent and Tenacious: Demonstrated persistence in following up with clients and leads until tasks are completed.
– Empathetic and Genuine: A genuine interest in helping others and building meaningful relationships.
